NCS Net Report
It is the responsibility of the net control station to provide a report to the net manager after each net session. The report should be forwarded as soon as practical after the net. In all cases, it is imperative to get the report in no later than the 2nd day of the following month in order for the net manager to meet their required monthly report deadline.
The net report must contain the number of check-ins, how many pieces of traffic were handled, time the net was in operation, and a list of the stations checked in along with any job or role they were performing. In addition, notes about the net, such as bad conditions, interference from contests, or any other item the NCS wants to inform the net manager about should be included in the report.
The following message form shows the minimum required information for a net report. It is an example of the type of report sent most often.
